Aim of the project
The overall aim is to enhance goodpractice in the use of qualitativemethods in management andorganizational research
Specific aims
•Conduct a systematic investigation into current perceptionsof qualitative methods in management research, andperceived barriers to their use
•Identify perceptions of good practice in conductingqualitative management research
•Develop materials and training workshops to encourageinformed and reflexive practice in qualitative managementresearch
•Develop an appropriate, specific and accessible set ofbenchmarking criteria for assessing qualitativemanagement research which takes into account variationsof perceptions of good practice.
Training provided
•Workshops: For representatives of theexpert panels and members of stakeholdergroups, as part of a cascading process.
•Resource pack: A pack which provides arange of resources to support qualitativeresearch training, practice and assessment.Aimed at a range of stakeholder groups.
•Website: with details of how to access theproject findings and resources.
