The gravel bags leading to the western most perimeter bench road were deterioratedand gravel was spilling out of the bags. The cement drainage culvert along the westernmost perimeter bench road was significantly cracked and some areas were withoutcement. The cement culvert is adjacent to the retaining wall on the west face that isbeing surveyed by an engineer for deformations. Photo #1 & #2 were taken lookingsouthwest.

A three foot Mexican Fan Palm was growing on the eastern side slope east northextraction well #86. Photo #4 was taken looking west.
A orange flag was observed at the base of extraction well 18D identifying the area forremediation. Photo #4 was taken looking southwest.

A marker labeled Vector Truck had been placed at the down drain located adjacent toextraction well #71. The fasteners had been removed from the base of the metal grate.Photo #1 was taken looking south.
The down drain with a crease at one of the seams was also labeled for identification andfuture repairs. Photo #6 was taken looking northwest.
