We were looking from the top of Maple St. down to Coldbrook Rd. Thebuildings we saw were houses, the church, and the town hall. People live in thehouses, the church is used for religious practices. The town hall is used formeetings, voting, and the senior center. The view’s purposes are recreation, aplace to live, and a place to worship. The good layout features are that it is nearthe school, it is close to the center of town, the area makes it easy for walking, biking, or driving to the church or town hall, and every building has a yardaround it. The bad layout features are: It is not easy to bike toward thecommon, it is not easily accessible because of the sharp corner, people cannotplay in the road, and we are not in the main common area. This is different fromCopley Square because the buildings in Copley Square touch each other, thereare taller buildings, there are fewer trees in Copley Square, there’s a greaterpopulation in Copley Square, and in Copley Square they have no personal yardspace.
