Despite extremely low coverage of beneficiaries under Banks/Post Offices. Most of the transactionswere being done through manually operated Co-operative set up. This issue has been addressed afterstate intervention now.

Planning
•Labour Budget and shelf of project is prepared through IntensiveParticipatory Planning Exercise(IPPE) in all GP’s.
•For timely completion of Labour Budget, Block level meetings ofpanchayat functionaries were held.
•Maintained Labour and Material ratio at gram panchayat levelitself while issuing sanctions at DPC level.
Management Information System
•All 291 GPs have been provided Laptop, printer, digital cameraand Internet dongle.
• At GP level demand & allocation of labour, jobcards, bankaccounts and UID updation started.
•Labours deployment, Due Muster rolls, delay payment, workcompletion etc. daily email and WhatsApp message to all PO’s.
