DECISION BOOK:
6.4 case If the Study Visit agreement is not concluded anddispute arises:
6.4.1 Financial damage incurred during the visit – deposit andinsurance:
a. The organising group may request a deposit from the visitinggroup(s) which will not be fully refunded in the event of:
Withdrawal of the visit if the organising group already has aproven financial loss. The organising group shall determinethe latest date to cancel the visit without forfeiting thedeposit.
 Damage incurred during the visit, for example financial lossincurred as a result of material damage or the use of atelephone.
 The deposit and its use shall be agreed by the participatingparties in advance.
b. The visiting party is responsible for their insurance

Aim for the mutual understanding and sharingcultural experiences and are combined with anacademic programme providing exchange oflegal knowledge!
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum of 5 participants
-Minimum of 3 hours of academic programme
-  There should be agreement in writtenincluding  the parties involved, the dates of thevisit, and the responsibilities of the parties.
