Step-by-Step Guidelines
Step 2: Fill in your particular details. Please takenote that you will be using the registered emailaddress and password submitted at this page to loginand continue for room booking.
Step 3: Click agree to the “Terms and Conditions”and then click “Submit”. A notification email willbe sent to your registered email address once youhave registered successfully.
Step 4: Enter your registered email address andpassword to login for room booking.
Step 5: Start to select your preferred “Room Type”,“Date” and “Time”. If you wish to book both trainingrooms (Action and Lead Rooms), you may check theother room’s availabilities under the “Time” column.
Step 6: Once you have selected the “Room Type”,“Date” and “Time”, click “Add to Cart”.
Note:
•The training rooms will be open for booking from 10a.m. - 9 p.m. (Monday to Saturday) subject toavailability.
•Booking on Public Holidays and Sunday are subject tothe Company's approval with additional charges.
•No cancellation, refund and or re-schedule ofbooking will be allowed after confirmation ofbooking and payment.
•Please book and make the payment within 15 mins.Otherwise, the page will be directed back to homepage where you will need to select the bookingdetails again.
•The training rooms will be released for booking onQuarterly Basis, on first come first served basis.For example: Q1 (Jan-March), Q2 (April-June), Q3(July-September) and Q4 (October-December). Bookingon Q2 will be released on 1 March onwards whilebooking on Q3 will be released on 1 June onwards.
Step 7: Once you have selected all booking details,click “Proceed To View Summary”.
Step 8: Kindly double check all booking details beforeproceed further. Next, click to agree to the “Termsand Conditions” and continue to make payment byclicking “Pay Now”.
Step 9: Fill in your credit card details and click“Submit”. Then, click “Next” once the transactionapproved.
Step 11: Your payment is successful and your booking isconfirmed now.
Note: Kindly present your booking number to collect theroom tag from the Company's Events Team before yourtraining room booking from 10 am - 7 pm, Monday toFriday only.
Your training room booking is nowcompleted and you may continue for below:
•Make another booking (Continue to makeanother booking)
•View confirmation (View your bookingconfirmation)
•Print confirmation (Print out yourbooking confirmation)
•Send email (Send the bookingconfirmation to your registered emailaddress)
•Save as PDF (Save in PDF format for yourown reference)
•Print tax invoice (Print out taxinvoice)
•You may click “My Bookings” to view your past andupcoming booking information.
•You may click “Room Info” to view the trainingrooms’ information.
