Yes, I do. But I get up last second before I get on the bus.

I am willing to take directions sometimes but it depends on what they are tellingme to do. If I agree with what they are doing.

I am motivated to complete what is at hand but I also work on other things at thesame time which slows down my first thing which can be a bad thing.

Yes, most of the time. I attempt to be a big part of the group most of the times. But itmostly depends on what we are doing. I most of the time try my best though.

I do assist others on things but a bit to much at times. Which I need to work on sayingno when I should not help them.

I usually do not ask questions when needed as I feel like I should already know theanswer and I do not feel comfortable to ask the question. Which I need to work on this.

Yes, I believe I dress appropriately. I do not wear clothing that has large logos andinappropriate things on them. I attempt my best to wear pattern shirts or solidshirts.

I do use language and manners that is suitable in the workplace. I watch the wordsI use in public but there are times I can use words or phrases that shouldn’t be inthe workplace.

I follow directions at most times but I can turn where I stop following it due to Ibelieve it should be this way instead. I need to work on following directions stepby step instead of doing my own thing.

I can communicate with them very effectively but starting up the conversationwith them is the hard part. But once the conversation has started I can talk withthem pretty well. This is something that I need to work on.
