•ICP 2011 was a test for a new framework for data collectionand validation on Machinery and Equipment Goods.
•Thanks to the RCA and the countries we are now offeringan updated list of items for consideration.
•This built on successes and lessons learnt from previousexperiences.
Background
•Eurostat-OECD is currently implementing the 2015 surveyof Machinery and Equipment Goods
•The list of items has been updated to reflect changes toitems specifications in line with the 2011 Global Core List
•The list of items reflects global markets and products
•There is room for enhanced updates as discussionsevolve
•The overall objective is to increase representativity,accuracy, and availability of machinery and equipmentgoods items
