Focus until October
•I would like to continue the progress we’ve beenmaking towards a more formal release/testingstructure and get at least one practise releasedone under the full process before the next CM.
•In addition, we will be trying to encourage moreusers of G4MICE, and this will be made easierthrough the provision of services such as userapplications and a more flexible means ofhandling data.
•Also aim to demonstrate the use of G4MICE onanalysis of real data through the KEK trackertest.

Testing/Release
•To be covered at a future PC.
•In the meantime, I would like all packagemanagers to ensure that there is at least onenon-trivial test for each component under theircontrol (e.g. Reconstruction/SciFi, etc...)
•Once this is confirmed we can discuss theconcepts behind a release process and preparea few sample “delta” releases to get experienceat the operation (cvs tags, packagedependencies, etc...)

User Applications
•Need the ability to create flexibleapplications that use the G4MICEsoftware.
•Applications such as Simulation, etcalready exist, but users will want to createtheir own specialised versions.
•Yagmur has a report on this next.
•Once we have the Applications, then wecan start talking about persistency...
