1.ABSTRACT:
Due to the in secure environment the ratio of vehicletheft increases rapidly. Because of this is manufacturers of luxuryautomobiles has the responsibilities for taking steps to ensure theauthorization for the owners and also in built the anti theft system toprevent the vehicle from theft. The proposed security system forsmart cars used to prevent them from loss or theft using AdvancedRISC Machine (ARM) processor. According to the comparison result(authentic or not), ARM processor triggers certain actions. If theresult is not authentic means ARM produces the signal to block thecar access (i.e. Produce the interrupt signal to car engine to stop itsaction) and inform the car owner about the unauthorized access viaMultimedia Message Services (MMS) with the help of GSM/modem.
2.OBJECTIVES:
1.The objective of the project is to build an additional feature to thepresent security system that will warn the owner of the vehicle bysending SMS when there has been an intrusion into the vehicle.
2.To provide a solution to avoid car stolen in the lower cost than advancesecurity car system. (GPS)

Vehicle security system alone is not sufficient to prevent auto theft.Even though the vehicle is equipped with one of the most expensive system,there are certain circumstances when such systems are useless, when thevehicle is parked in the basement of the office building where alarm cannotbe heard. Sometimes, the alarm siren does not even attract the attention ofmost of the pubic because of the mentality of people nowadays that intendto ignore such alarms. With the installation of SMS feature of this alarm,the vehicle owner can be notified immediately so that he or she can takepreventive measure to check their vehicle or save precious time if thevehicle is stolen by informing the police department as soon as possible. Inmost cases, the owner realized when the vehicle is stolen hours after thetheft.

This is a unique method of designing and assembling a low-cost,compact theft control system for an automobile. This instrument is anultimate threat to vehicle thieves. By installing this instrument in theautomobile engine it is very difficult to access by an unknown person, sinceit is based on GSM Technology. In future, there is no doubt, that all of thevehicles will be embedded with this unique kit. In addition to the abovefeatures we can also add extra features like thumb/face recognition toascertain more security of the vehicle.
