THE City Park named after FREDERIC Chopin (a famous Polish composer) It is located in the old part of town. It also has the mini-zoo.

MUSEUMThe seat of the museum is the towerless castle. Next to the castle there is a skansen of the rural architecture

The most precious exhibit shown in the Museum is the largest skeleton of the forest elephant found in Europe in 1984.

INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN FESTIVAL OF SONG AND DANCE IN KONIN

The Konin festival is the biggest event of its kind in Poland, andone of the largest in Europe. Every year some 2000 – 2500young artists from Poland and abroad participate.
