Nationwide Permits
Nationwide Permits (NWP) are amechanism used for a quick permitdecision for projects with minimal impacts.

NWP’s continued
Currently 51 NWP’s with NWP 26reserved.
NWP’s are renewed every 5 years with thelatest renewal in March of 2012.
NWP’s are for projects with minimalimpacts.
Must be verified by Corps within 45 daysof a complete submittal.
