Nationwide Permits
Nationwide Permits (NWP) are a
mechanism used for a quick permit
decision for projects with minimal impacts.

Currently 51 NWP’s with NWP 26
reserved.
NWP’s are renewed every 5 years with the
latest renewal in March of 2012.
NWP’s are for projects with minimal
impacts.
Must be verified by Corps within 45 days
of a complete submittal.
