•Provide employee relations, equality and diversity advice and supportto all University staff and managers
•Support managers at all levels in the University, with regard tomanagement best practice and their statutory responsibilities towardsstaff
•Responsible for investigating disciplinary matters and allegations ofgrievance, with a focus on the early resolution of employee relationsissues through positive intervention at a local level
•Represents the University at meetings with the trade union UNITE andat third party hearings
•Employee Health & Wellness Programme
