The Red Sea

The Red Sea is located East of Egypt. It was created from moving plates inthe Earth. The Red Sea supplies the surrounding countries with the onlysource of water. The Red Sea is actually not red at all, it is blue. The theoryof The Red Sea’s name is because it borders the Egyptian Desert, which theAncient Egyptians called the “red land” so it was thought that the “red land”would have “red sea”.
