•This proposal would remove existingpolicy NRPM 4.2.5 as it is “technologyspecific language” that is obsoleteand not in sync with current networkpractices.

•If this policy were removed from NRPM, ARINstaff would still be able to require technicaljustification for web hosting based on theoverall requirement to show efficient use asoutlined in NRPM section 4.
•This proposal could be implemented aswritten.
