Sometimes grants show as active when the dates are in the past…

Just like brushing and flossing- the funding status does not update itself- it has to be done on a regular basis for good dental/CV health!

There are strange lines when I open the CV in Word…

When converting from html (the web) to Word it comes in the form of tables to keep the information organized and formatted appropriately.

Remember:
The gridlines do not print
If you make changes/additions to the Word document it will also be in the table format
You can hide the gridlines from view

Sometimes I see tiny squares on the CV

Cavities- weird characters on the CV when you have copied and pasted information from a word document.
Squares can appear where there was an apostrophe or a symbol associated with a chemical term
