Brief Description: For this assignment, We had to inspect to school playground areas and use the Public Playground SafetyHandbook to compare the two sites. We had to observe and note what the locations had in common and what were the differencesbetween the locations.
Rationale: To document our understanding of Standard #3, We visited 2 playground sites, to show how they compare andcontrast, and how they compare to the playground standards. Children are able to engage in physical activity while playing onplayground sets. By putting musical instruments, and maps around the playgrounds, children are able to learn new skills, andengage in learning, while playing.
