Chapters should follow these rules ifthey do not have bylaws stipulatingotherwise:
•Chapter officers must be currentNCMA members
•Chapters must have at least apresident, vice-president, secretaryand treasurer. These are known as‘chapter officers’
•Terms should be for one year
•Chapter officers should be elected bymajority vote of the members voting
