•Safety Evaluations
•Allows a company to bring in an impartial party to inspecta work facility and formulate and unbiased opinion ofareas that need improvement. After the initial inspectiona debriefing is held to go over the inspection’s entirefinding. Written reports are given for records so that acompany may take any necessary corrections on theirown time schedule.
•This is a proved way to evaluate your existing safetyprograms and to ensure that your site-specific equipmentand processes meet the OSHA standards.
Injury and Illness PreventionSystems (IIPS)
•Offers a company the opportunity to have a compliancesystem that is customized to the needs and situations oftheir work facility. Written procedures specific to yourfacility in place with all the OSHA programs required areprovided in digitized format.
Job Safety Analysis
•On specific operations where the injuries and illnessesoccurred in the past, this service provides an unbiasedopinion of better work practices in which a job could bedone. OSHA and individual checklists are used toprovide a specific job safety analysis and are prepared ina standard and complete format that can be used in anyproject for the same activity.

•The H&S Safety Group Consultants Engineering Division is thelargest operating unit, contributing over one-half of its totalrevenue. The Engineering Division consists of three (3) sectionsElectrical, Mechanical and Civil. The combination of these threedisciplines under one roof provides the benefits of bettercoordination, lower cost and shorter project cycle. The H&SSafety Group Consultants normally performs the followingconstruction work:
•Safety - Development of specific criteria, inspection, reporting,training and first aid.
•Materials - Material take-offs, purchasing, expediting,receiving, positive material identification, grouping by workorder or tie-in, etc.

•Project Controls - Preparation of work order criteria, scheduleinitiation, validation and reporting, manpower and resourceallocation. Includes scheduling Owner’s efforts required duringturnarounds.
•Cost Control - Estimating, cost reporting and distribution bywork order, full progress reporting and productivitymeasurement.
•Subcontract - Bid solicitation, contracting and administration.
• Systems Coordination - Complete installation, checkouts,turnover and start-up process systems.
